AGM Statement
Shieldtech plc, a specialist provider of products and services to the Homeland Security market, announces that following its Annual General Meeting which was held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Tim Wightman, Chairman, updated shareholders on current trading, saying:
“Trading in the first four months is in line with expectations. As anticipated at the time of Admission to AIM, UK police forces are continuing their assessment of the new HOSDB standard and considering how they may recapitalise their existing body armour stock.
The business continues to win new orders from its UK customer base and is also bidding for overseas contracts.”
