Grant of share options
Shieldtech plc today (31st December 2007) announces that it has granted 200,000 share options at an exercise price of 25p to Robert Denton, the Finance Director, under the Company's unapproved share option scheme. Under the rules of the scheme, these options may be exercised at any time until the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
