Shieldtech’s strategy
Shieldtech has ambitious growth plans and is pursuing a strong organic growth strategy as well as a controlled but aggressive acquisition strategy.
Shieldtech’s current customer base constitutes the UK police forces, the MoD and export contracts. It is our intention to grow both the MoD and export markets, whilst maintaining a leading position in the police market. To expand further internationally we are seeking certification to national standards in several European countries and other territories.
Shieldtech plans to:
- Expand its activities through further investment into the business and the leveraging of a strong UK market position, and increasingly overseas.
- Expand its activities by providing an enlarged product offering that is suited to the needs of markets; it having been secured by development and acquisition.
